Request for Proposal - Commercial Door and Window Installation

We seek responsible, professional proposals to complete a commercial grade, straight forward project in our school lobby. The contract should include all materials and labor. The scope of the work is to include:
- Remove interior set of wood doors and wood sidelights
- Purchase/install new metal clad/aluminum doors along with new sidelights and glass for an opening that is 127” wide by ~86” tall
- Metal/aluminum clad panels are to be used on the lower portion of the doors and sidelights
- All ground-level glass should be 3/8" school guard rated glass
- Purchase/install commercial grade door hardware appropriate for a high traffic entrance/exit
- Purchase/install new electronic lock mechanism, including camera, and hardwiring into the school office (existing wiring and switch may be used)
- Transom glass and framing above the doors should be left in place
- Remove/replace door trim and reinstall as needed
- Paint/touch up trim and surrounding surface as needed
- All current school building codes must be followed
- Work must be completed between June 9, 2025 - July 31, 2025
