God is doing great things at BCCS, and we want everyone to know all about it!

Parents and grandparents are the best form of advertising for our school. Your positive experiences and stories are what attract new families and donors to join our community. We are looking for willing volunteers to support our school by being ambassadors to their own churches and communities. These ambassadors will be sharing the good things happening at BCCS with those closest to them and working to welcome new families into the BCCS community.

Interested volunteers can learn more at an informational meeting at the Carson Campus on Monday, August 10th, at 7:00pm.

Email Denise Baird, dbaird@bccspa.org, or Amanda Brubaker, abrubaker@bccspa.org, to learn more.

FAQs

Yes! The Parent Ambassador Program is a great way to serve BCCS and earn your 12 service hours. Meetings and school activities can be counted towards your service hours but due to the minimal amount of time involved in sharing social media content, this activity does not qualify for volunteer hours.

Parent Ambassadors can be parents, grandparents, or other close relatives, though we do ask that only those with personal experience and interactions at BCCS serve as Parent Ambassadors.

Parent Ambassadors are asked to attend one meeting at the beginning of the school year. Further instruction or requests for help will be delivered via email.

Parent Ambassadors will serve BCCS in a variety of ways. This can include activities like sharing BCCS content on social media, inviting new BCCS families to a playdate or to sit with you at a school event, encouraging your church to partner alongside BCCS, and even just being more aware of what is happening at BCCS so you can share our information with your friends and family.  There will be some broad instruction given at our first meeting and ambassadors will be contacted throughout the year when specific needs arise.
